Not as the pictures described. No full sized refrigerator or stove, bathroom was very small and not as described in the photos. Needs some updating, beautiful location, very cool location on the boardwalk, no vehicle required! Would have been perfect if the photos were the same as the room.

It was really disappointing, they didn’t do any room cleaning for 3days , we call them for housekeeping but still they didn’t send them to cleaning, even if we want to have breakfast we have to walk 2block , there bathroom is not clean shower is broken , there are more this to say but I thik this is enough never ever going to stay in there hotel again worst hotel and service

Two hours before we arrived I tried calling and the phone rang for 20 minutes straight with no answer. We wanted to see if early check in was possible. We got there at 245PM. There was no visual signage on where to check in. We were in the building by the beach and it turned out that the check in was all the way back at the Main Street which was about 3 blocks away. Our uber had already left and there were no signs where to go besides an address, which is not the address given on emails or Expedia. We finally find the location, after walking for awhile with all of our luggage, passing 2 different people who work there and were not able to answer where to go. I go to check in and she helps the two people in front of me, and then answers the phone. I asked if we could check in early and she stated there are no rooms available until check in at 4. I asked her if they could watch our bags and she said yes. We had an hour to kill, and nothing to do around there so we Uber BACK to near the airport and ate at Coconuts(delish by the way!) and then went back to the hotel around 6 and finally was able to check in. We walk the three blocks back to the room and go inside. The door to the room doesn’t even have a lock on the outside. It is only locked by a chain from the inside. The bathroom was not very clean and there was hair on the towels. There were no mirrors in the room. It’s not very lit up over there so we weren’t very comfortable leaving the room. We will not be back.

Lack of communication and not Being friendly at the desk went to to check in location of office was not the hotel address but it was by the Main Street the staff was talking in the phone the whole time while checking me in and at check out was rude and eating not even welling to answer my questions and missed my breakfast as I tried to call to see where it is but they never answer.

False advertising… the pictures and amenities advertised are not reality. We wanted a refund as soon as we checked in and were denied by Expedia because the hotel denied a refund. We saw and spoke with seven other couples that were tricked into staying at this awful hotel as well and not given a refund! The customer service there was just as horrendous as the hotel. Shame on the owners of this hotel for tricking people to stay here and not giving a refund. Shame on Expedia for allowing this to happen.

The front desk service was very rude to me and the other customers in line. There were hidden fees added on that I was not aware of. Warning there is a parking fee per night and property fee. They don’t accept cash either or refunds up front. They had a small convenience store but they would not let me buy anything after hours even though front desk was open 24 hrs. The room was fine but you had to check into your room long walking distances away from your room. Plus, the door numbers (ex. 901 and next door same number 901 but with a star) We had to figure out which room we were staying in. And last to call them, no one picked up to answer the call. However, the only nice person was a young guy that helped us check in. The other front desk lady was super rude and yelled at a customer because she only had cash for her deposit fee. I would highly recommend not staying here. Waste of money.

the problem is that the door frame and lock were insecure, and the bed sheet and duvet although they seemed clean, had an extremely strong smell of cleaning fluid, which caused me a headache and did not let myself sleep to the point that I only slept one night of the two I had paid for and left that hotel.

First and foremost the room i received was mediocre, i booked a king size suite in paraduse ocenafront but instead ended up in a mediocre room at the neptune i didnt get what i paid for. When asked about my stay and saud i wasnt satisfied my needs wasnt addressed.. i would like a refund. I did not get what i paid for.

Bad service I will never go back there did not get the room i paid for the picture had dinning room and bigger space i got a small room small kitchen and no dinning room, they provided 2 spoon 2 forks 2 plates 2 small bowls no knife pot and pan with no covers and my car rental got towed when i paid the parking fee already had to take uber to pick up my car wasted a day of my vacation long waiting lines for customs service BAD PLACE FOR VACATION
