I liked everything about the hotel especially the area. What I didn't like was that the TV was not working and I didn't get a key for my room until after 11pm. The front desk clerk opened my door when I checked in but they had no keys available until late. Which I had to cancel my plans since I did not have a key to my room to leave n come as I please.

This is a motel for the transient population. A police car came by to patrol. A room has a peep hole without the glass piece. Our bath tub has dead bugs. Bedsheets were clean at least.

There were largish patches of what looked like dried vomit on the walls in 4 places (I have pics). The shower was, uh, kinda sketchy. The pool was nice (seriously). The linens were clean. We slept our one night and left, still alive. Gawd but some of the other guests looked iffy, and that's coming from a guy who looks pretty iffy himself. The nearest place for food was 3/4 mile away, but the walk seemed safe (at least in daylight). It was bloody expensive for what you got. The staff were efficient. Check in was easy.

Our room was beat up pretty bad. The door looks like it was kicked in and the key failed to open the door every day of our stay. There were holes in the wall and the bathroom floor was squishy. We also had only 1 bath towel and 2 pillows to share for 2 guests. The bed seems to be old as the springs claps. We asked for new towels and more pillows every days and was told there was none available. The good part I guess was the a/c unit was new and we were able to get back 30%

Brianna was so friendly and amazing at the front desk! She helped me find a room to accommodate my mold allergy. We went to 4 different rooms. Unfortunately there was mold in the room. I stayed that night and asked for a refund the remaining days but it was against the policy. But thankfully Brianna relayed the message to the manager of my health condition and the manager Griselda sorry if I got your name incorrect. She was also very friendly and helpful! For this reason I give them 5 stars because they are very accommodating to their guest AND they are remodeling so with this approach with customers and the remodeling this motel 6 will succeed! Thank you so much for helping me girls!

This is a really run down hotel. The beds were comfortable and clean. The sink was clean. Nice large TV. These were only reason we stayed the night. The AC was so loud that we could not run it. The shower was gross - we did not shower. The headboard on the bed was broken. Our nightstand had been broken off and the screws were still sticking out of the wall. They allow dogs and though they say they have a strict "quiet night" policy, someone's small dog barked non-stop until 3:30 am. It was close to the airport snd cruise port was our only reason we even stayed overnight. Stay away from this one!

Front desk staff awesome other then the manger man he rude pool closes before 7:00 most other hotels pool closes at 8:00. Rooms r horrible they smell smoky walls was dirty. Key card kept not working dogs barking thru the night from other people rooms. I wouldn’t recommend unless it’s the only hotel available and I stil would tel you to keep going pass this one. Staff was very nice but the room need to be updated no ice machine just sad yes they hve roaches I was so not happy

Helpful staff but motel in rough shape. Bathroom door frames rusted, table leg rusted, bathroom light was never fixed. No blanket or bedspread, just two sheets on bed. Bath towel too small. If you need a cheap room and not worried about appearance, just need a room with a bed and shower, then this place is good.

My earlier review got cut off. It said I am giving 2 stars due to the front staff. What I was trying to say was this: I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 only because of the front staff, which was very friendly and accommodating. The girl at the desk was on the ball. However this property needs to do something about: 1/ Cockroaches in the rooms 2/ Not having rooms fully stocked prior to check in with things like pillows, towels, toilet paper, and soap. I went the entire trip with no towels and no soap as they were not available. There was a gentlemen in his truck smoking profusely and the smoke filled my room all day/night long, and as someone recovering from a stroke this was not good. I've checked out and the next day my chest/lungs hurt. Can't say I felt 100% safe at this property either. It felt a little sketchy. I mean what do you expect it's the cheapest hotel in broward country so you get what you pay for I guess at least I got to have a nice conversation with the resident cockroaches. Oh and there are chickens and some cats roaming around. So if you like animals that would be a plus. So not the best experience overall.
