The room upon entry was very clean and the amenities inside the room allowed us to feel as if we were inside a house. We did not appreciate however the fact that water was on the bathroom floor consistently and there was the awful strong smell of cigarette on every floor. I found it distasteful and disturbing that people were ALWAYS smoking. Also, I wish you could book for less than a week, the online booking does not allow it. Overall, a good stay.

The rooms were clean, location was ideal. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping malls. Only issue was there were no dishes, however it was stated before hand. Overall a great, safe and affordable place to stay.

No Coffee Pot

This is called an “extended stay” hotel. It had nothing that I would expect an extended stay hotel to have. Zero tableware, cookware, or silverware. It didn’t even have a coffee pot that ever other hotel has.

The self checkout of hotels

No toilet paper in room. Two hand towels to be used as regular towels. Only Thursday when housekeeper cleans, but she refused to clean anything at all because our things were there. Bad experience overall. Tiny ants everywhere.

There is one elevator and The hotel does not offer any type of bell cart to carry belongings to and from the room. After 3 days, I requested towels and was told that they don’t replace towels that it’s my responsibility to wash my own I passed by housekeeping to request a roll of toilet paper and I was told no. Then there was pest control who came unannounced banging on the door to spray the room. I was given no notice and I was on a work related zoom meeting. My pre-registered service dog started barking while they were banging on the door. I excused myself to the door only to see that he had passed along to the next-door. Went to my meeting and five minutes later there was another bang on the door from housekeeping informing me that no animals were allowed on the property whatsoever. I felt it was unnecessary for housekeeping to threaten me without first checking with the office. The location of my room was In an area where there is a bright light right outside the door, which causes the entire room to light up at night The bathroom outlet broken. Also, I had a pull out sofa in my room and there were no linens Extra pillows or even a blanket to accommodate that sleeping area

I was skeptical based on prior reviews but the property was ok overall. It was clean, recently renovated and the staff was courteous and it is centrally located, walking distance from restaurants and amenities. I was visiting family and it served my purpose well.
