Staff was very responsive to your needs. In the 7 days we were there, we only needed there service 2 times. Both times asking for more towels and body sope. They were very polite. They don’t manage the front desk for more than a few hours per day. The valet parking, although nice, seemed a bit to expensive each day $29.00 p/d. That’s small complaints compared to just how beautiful the place was. The beach/ocean was so fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

I gave this hotel a 2-star rating because overall it did not meet my expectations for the price. There is no real room service, you have to order in advance, and you are charged separately for each request, which is very inconvenient. The rooms are extremely noisy; you can hear everything happening outside, making it hard to rest. Additionally, there was not always staff available at the front desk or in the lobby, which made the stay feel unattended and unprofessional. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. Other than that, the price is not justified at all. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room was adequately clean, but shower splashes all over soaking the floor. Stayed a week and they only clean the room 1 time. We had to go looking for towels, tissues, toilet paper. When I booked, it stated onsite parking. I assumed that meant free. When we checked in we were told it was $29 per day plus tax and asked for up-front tips for valet because there is only valet parking. We were told it said it on the websitr. Well, technically it is, but only if you click on additional details tab.

Loved this property! I wish I had come when the Florida weather was a bit nicer but the beautiful hotel and location made up for the bad weather. The beach was stunning and very quiet, the room was beautiful and very cold and they have bikes to rent out front. I biked around the area many times and took long walks on the beach. Will definitely come back!

Self check in starts at 4pm, had to go check in process ourselves, annoying after driving all day. Valet parking is required, unless you want to walk far to self park. $30usd a night to literally have someone park your car feet from where you pull in- could do this myself. Hotel room was fairly clean, nice location, room layout looked nice. Again at self check out, one employee, who was running around and not at desk, waited awhile before seeing.

Great stay! Staff was very nice and rooms were nice size and the place is right on the beach. The continental breakfast was really good. My only "complaint," for lack of better words, is not having a full restaurant on site yet (was told it's in progress); however, I would still stay here again despite that. Our room accommodated keeping snacks and drinks on hand, which was super helpful.
