Wir als Familie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt , Als wir angekommen sind war das Schlafsofa defekt was sehr ärgerlich war . Wir haben daraufhin sofort angerufen innerhalb 30 min war ein Mitarbeiter da und hat es versucht zu reparieren ging nicht und er hat uns daraufhin eine spontane Notlösung gefunden. Am Folge Tag nicht mal 12 Std später stand der Mitarbeiter mit einem Nagelneuen Schlafsofa vor der Tür so was nenne ich Service das seines gleichen sucht ganz großen Respekt und danke für die freundliche Art.

The place looked like it hadn’t been dusted, swept, or cleaned in weeks. There were bugs everywhere. Also there was a live lizard in the couch that we tried to catch and release but were unable to locate it once it hid back in the couch. The place itself was run down and dirty. Our feet were disgusting after just walking around the apartment. We only stayed 1 night out of the 3 we booked because we felt so uncomfortable being there. We contemplated not even staying the night but as it was 8pm we decided to and then proceeded to leave the very next morning. I will say the only positive was the nice woman I spoke with on the customer service line that helped us check in and the fact that parking was free and there were many spots available. I would recommend staying anywhere else.

The hotel has 2 good things. The beach and pier are very close and they have a good washer and dryer at the hotel. However there is one big caviat, the folding sofa is very uncomfortable. When I reserved the room, it said it would be a 2 person sleeping sofa. In reality, it's impossible for 2 people to sleep here. It is short and has a bump. I told the hotel about this and they promised to fix it but nothing was done. Some days, one person from my family who slept there had a bad night on the sofa. Also, the tub spout fell off on the first night, although that didn't create any problem. I had a dream to get good relaxing sleep this vacation but because of the bad sofa I could not. Please change the sofa bed, it is impossible for 2 people to sleep there.

The property was walking distance to food and shops and 2 minute walk across street to the beach. Very convenient location and amenities. The property is definitely older and in need of some updating but provided everything we needed for a good price. The air unit was very loud to the point we couldn't hear each other talk well and was leaking down the cord into a bowl on the floor which seemed a little concerning. Our only main complaint is that the room was not ready at 4pm. We walked in and the cleaning lady was still inside and asked us to come back in 45 minutes. We came back and she was still there so we gave her more time and left the area. We didn't end up moving our stuff in the room until about 2 hours after check in time. Had this not happened, I would maybe consider coming back because of the price and location but the late check in was very inconvenient after flying and driving all day.

I can say that the location is great, but the setting is quite ugly; there is no reception, no one there to provide any support, and the place is a bit dirty—though the location is excellent. It's quite different from the photos on the internet.

Very upsetting the room had a very mildew smell to it. They refused to switch my room, saying that they were already booked in which I felt very very upset. I’ve been there more than 2 to 3 times and every time I go there some type of issue, my last issue was an insect issue as far as roaches inside of the apartment. The area is perfect, but some of the rooms on the bottom floor aren’t so great every time I hope to get a room that’s on the second floor because it seems to be more upkeep in the bottom.

Room was filled with roaches,smeared across walls and ceiling, grounds unkept, staff doesn't speak english, spilled detergent on floor infront of machine, not handicapped accessible or considerate of handicapped with leg amputee refused to put on main level,fuse blew everytome the cracked taped hairdryer turned on,ppl swimming in pool all hours of night,was moved to another hotel far from beach, filthy floors, filthy room

The room was perfect for the location, one block from the ocean and all the restaurants. The request for an electrical repair was handled in a timely manner. There is a TV, but we could not find a way to operate it. The AC unit was near the bed and loud so we shut it off to sleep. We loved sitting outside for coffee near the pool. It was very peaceful and we appreciate you running such an affordable apartment.

This facility was a dump & there are no on-site employees to help with any issues. Mold in the shower & on the bathroom walls. Bed was broken & the mattress for the pull out is waffer thin. Also be AWARE animals/pets are allowed in the rooms so of course my unit smelled like cat urine. OVERALL would never recommend using Expedia or to stay at Beachside Gardens Apartments by Lowkl. Customer service is not these companies prioritizes.
