"We had a negative experience. We stayed 3 nights. On our second night , housekeeping changed our towels but did nothing else to service the room. We reported this to the front desk (Gregory) who said he would take care of it. On the third night, the room was not serviced at all. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:30 a.m. and we were still in the room. The housekeeper saw us leave our room about 30 minutes later. When we returned, once again our room had not been serviced. We again reported to the front desk and were told that since we didn't let housekeeping in at 10:30 that morning that there would be no further return to service the room. What??? We were astounded and insisted that the room be serviced. The desk person (Gregory again) took care of it but not graciously...not even an apology.. It was our fault that we did not accommodate housekeeping's schedule. We checked out the next morning and the front desk manager (Kelly) was present so we described our experience. She was very apologetic and comped us breakfast. Please know that the staff in the restaurant and bar were wonderful along with the desk manager during the day, Nick. The food in the restaurant was good too."

"For this to be part of the Wyndham Hotel Family. This was terrible. It is obviously a very old Days Inn. The shower didn’t work. There was no closet or bathroom vanity for any toiletries. The floors had cracks, the bathroom had a cover over a hole that at one time must have been a drain. Also, the heat pump had the 220 outlet just laying on the floor with the plug inserted. Definite fire hazard. We came for the Derby but I will never stay at a Wyndham facility again. Do Better or close this facility. We didn’t even venture to try the breakfast. I will upload the pictures. This was the WORST!"

"The motel was conveniently located about 7 minutes from Churchill Downs. It was clean but a bit old. The shower was nice and we had a comfortable stay. The planes were sometimes very loud due to proximity to the airport."

"Absolutely no complaints, very clean rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast and no issues with parking."

"A great big Thank You to the staff! Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was very gracious and accommodating! The indoor pool was heated and very nice as well."
