「The staff were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated us by making take away breakfast boxes because we had to leave early. Typical pub/inn with typical pub food. Under new management, so they were adjusting. The location was perfect, right in town and we got there early enough to get parking on site. 」

Centrally located in Glastonbury, it is a cosy community space frequented by locals and pilgrims alike. The hotel is a wonderful place to enjoy a drink in its bar or spend the night in one of its comfortable rooms. As to whether it is haunted, well, stay the night and find out for yourself. Either way, It is a genuine pleasure.」

「Room was gorgeous, very peaceful, and lovely bath and shower. Pub was super, and the staff attentive and helpful when needed. Pub had a great range of local beers and spirits too, and there was a lovely atmosphere in the pub in the evening. 」

「My room was excellent, very clean, warm, extremely comfortable bed. Full coffee/tea facilities including extra if required. The bathroom was excellent with plenty of clean towels, flannels, shampoos etc. The breakfast choices covered vegetarian aswell as the full English cooked. Nothing was too much trouble for the host's 」

「Room was very clean , staff were very friendly especially the young guy on reception. He explained where the best place was to watch the carnival. Great with my grandson who was disappointed he didnt get to say goodbye . Hotel is a little dated but didn't ruin our stay. The only moan i have is that the room was very hot and not thermostat. 」
