"The hotel itself was good but the surrounding area was not. There’s a club next door that lets out at 2am, and it’s loud enough to wake everyone up. Kids drag race their cars down the road and come into the hotel screaming at 2am"

"The room was clean. However, we did not realize the hotel was under renovation, which was less than ideal. We were in town for a family death and needed to extend our stay. Despite being proactive and making arrangements the day before, a new staff member the next morning indicated we would need to move rooms. I am disabled and this created a great deal of stress on the day my MIL passed away. It was later rectified, but the entire ordeal was completely unnecessary. We are coming back to Calgary in 10 days and will stay at a different hotel."

"Loved the floor to ceiling windows that provides a beautiful view from our 14 th floor room. The room is small but well appointed. Beautiful bed and bedding, and very clean overall. Would benefit from a small fridge, otherwise very pleased with this property!"
