"The hotel itself was nice, conveniently located in DC's Chinatown, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although I was not aware that it was a mini-hotel (meaning that the room was very small with barely enough space for the bed) when I booked it, that didn't really matter much to me. However, what I did find a little inconvenient was that the "hotel" parking was a public parking deck a block away. I would have preferred onsite parking."

"I had a great experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the valet parking team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which set a positive tone right away. I really appreciated being able to get my room early, it made things much more convenient after a long trip. The lobby staff was equally, professional and helpful. The location is another big plus, with easy access to shopping and a variety of great restaurants nearby, making it perfect for both convenience and leisure. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options and fresh, high-quality food. Overall, the service, location, and hospitality made this a very enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider coming back."

"Helpful front desk, room was cleaned every day and the housekeeper was very friendly. Note that the shuttles for the airport don't operate before 6 am and it was inconvenient for our traveling. Also the shuttle to the mall was quite inconsistent, we couldn't use it as much since the hours of operation were not clear. Overall, I would stay again here because it's a great location and easy to move around."
