「All was great」

「Good location, clean, well maintained. Room was nice with a fridge and comfortable bed. There was a large group of people with children during our stay overtaking the fitness center and pool table making them unusable. Signage was not posted as to age requirements for gym, so we didn’t say anything.」

「Good position」

「Breakfast was excellent」

「Hotel was close to our festival at Topeka. The staff was very courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff went far and beyond to accommodate during our stay. Breakfast was very good and always stocked for all guests. The entire hotel was clean and tidy. Check in was fast and friendly.」

「Only details like the doors like a dutty, but it’s the clean technically」

「Very nice, clean and maintained rooms and property. Literally steps from the beach and beautiful views from the windows. Only dislikes are no balconies. A room with a balcony would have been spectacular, especially when the hotel right beside you has wonderful balconies, AND you have to pay for parking, which is a pet peeve. If I'm a guest at a hotel, I shouldn't have to pay to park there!」
