This isn't a standard hotel but a B&B with several rooms on a floor in a secure building on the second floor (you will have to walk up). We had a room with a private bathroom (good water pressure) accessible outside of room but that was fine (I think our room was the only one with bathroom outside of room). The staff was lovely and the room itself though small was very clean and comfortable and central to everything in Florence. They gave us coupons for breakfast at a restaurant next door and the food was good. We would stay there again.

El mejor lugar para quedarse en Florencia, la vista inmejorable, la habitación de 2 camas individuales es pequeña pero muy cómoda y acogedora, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar tu estadia, lo mejor es la ubicación ya que al estar a lado del Duomo te sirve como referencia para conocer el centro de Firenze sin perderte, de destacarse la atención de Luisa, muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudarte.

It is very convenient to walk to city center and staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and goes out of their way to help you during stay. I will definitely stay here if I visit Florence again.

Fantastic location, just next to the Duomo, at walking distance from hundreds of restaurants and cafes. It is a quaint B&B in an old apartment which was part of a palace as per the owner Luisa. Has all the necessary conveniences including airconditioning and a very handy water dispenser. Luisa was very chatty and helpful. She provided detailed information and made check-in and out very easy, even though she was not able to be present. Small but adequate and clean room, good shower, very comfortable bed, quiet property. Only issue was that the tiny lift was not working and the property was on the 2nd floor. So carrying luggage up may be an issue, although we had light stuff. Breakfast was in a local cafe and adequate, consisting of 1 coffee, 1 croissant, 1 sandwich and a juice. The room was fairly priced considering the location and we enjoyed our stay.

Luisa is very nice and she made us feel at home. The place is very cozy and the check in was easy. The place is also very close to the basilica and train station. It's clean and the room is cleaned everyday! The breakfast is excellent!!! Five stars!

Una vista espectacular

La habitación es muy acogedora y la vista es espectacular, hizo de la estadía algo muy especial. El baño en la habitación también es clave, muy cómodo. Hacía mucho calor en la ciudad y el aire y ventilador en la habitación funcionaban perfecto.

Horrible I will be requesting a refund. There was no lift we had to go up 4 flights of stairs with 3 50 lb luggages they only notified us of this within 24 before. The shower was so dirty and we booked the double bed room but they gave us the full bed room. Also no court yard view just the interior building the bed was also very uncomfortable and not clean the ac didn’t work and neither did WiFi for 24/48 hours

A real pleasure to stay! Luisa welcomed us and explained all we needed to know. We had a small room (1), but convenient. Clean. Airco works well, coffee and tea amenities in the room. Bathroom good. Bed small for 2, but good. Water complimentary in the hall. Best of all is the location about 10 steps away from the beautiful Duomo! Breakfast can be enjoyed outside under Duomo. We recommend a stay.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für mich! Ich war alleine unterwegs und habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage und einem kleinen Kühlschrank; ideal beim warmen Wetter. Der Blick vom Fenster auf den Duomo war ein Traum! Durch die zentrale Lage ist alles sehr schnell zu erreichen und in der Straße befindet sich auch ein kleiner Supermarkt. Luisa, die Inhaberin, war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, hat mir Tipps gegeben und auf Nachfrage konnte ich mein Gepäck am letzten Tag noch in der Unterkunft lassen, was eine große Erleichterung für mich war. Frühstück gibt es mit einem Voucher in zwei Cafés (man kann auswählen), die quasi auch direkt vor der Haustür liegen und auch dort habe ich nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Insgesamt hatte ich dort einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!
