「維也納是中心，搭輕軌走路近市區都方便，房間布置得很用心，乾淨舒是每日也有櫃檯人員有問題都可以隨時提問，可以隨時以email連絡回復都很快速，廚房用具等都很乾淨新穎，住到捨不得離開。 Great location in Vienna City Center, staff are helpful and super friendly. This is not a hotel, but this service apartment also have front desk staff there to help. Room is very cozy with lots of detail decorations in room. Kitchen facility and washing machine are clean and nice too! Wish we could have more days to stay. 」

「Beautiful large room .Very clean. Good instructions regarding use of access codes. The room faced main road but this was fine gjven double glazed windows + shutters. Very close to underground station taking one into town. In summary I would certainly stay again at "Sissi West"」

「My friend and I were so pleasantly surprised by the property! It was much bigger than appeared in the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we could have asked for. The decoration was very cute as well. The location was walking distance from everything we did. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.」
