The room and location were excellent. I was charged an extra guest fee when I didn't have an extra guest. When I pointed this out was not offered a correction. Good stay, but watch the price.

The apartment was smart, very well equipped, warm, and spotlessly clean. It is conveniently placed for us, close to our son and his family.

The property was as described. There is one central AC/Heat but the two rooms didn’t. It would be nice to have a fan/heater in each of the room for comfort. It would also be useful to have slightly larger night stands than stool-like night stands so that there’s plenty of surface for knick-knacks (I ended up having to use a luggage as a supplementary surface). Additionally, a wardrobe would be nice for each of the room - no where to really hang clothes. Otherwise the apartment was clean, washer worked well, and ease of access in/out of the apartment/building. It is at least 15mins Uber to city center, but there are a couple of groceries around for essential, and with Vienna, beware that most will be closed on Sundays,

My family and I had such a wonderful time staying here. I highly recommend this apartment. It was super clean and spacious. The host made sure everything was well equipped and ready for the guests. The host was very responsive when you needed to get a hold of them. This is definitely a 10/10 accommodation.

Clean, quiet place. 15 minutes by tram from most of the attractions. Pretty big supermarket 50 meters from the place. Opens at 7 am. A few restaurants in walking distance. Friendly staff working at the hotel. We have arrived early, so we could leave the luggage at the hotel. Definitely recommend if you like to stay in apartment type of hotel.

The property was very clean, safe and communication was very good. A day or two before check in, I was emailed clear instructions on how to access the building. I booked this apartment only because I wanted a washing and drier machine inside apartment. -Washer worked well, however in my unit there was no option for a drier. Unit 10 -Fast internet -Small but fast and clean elevator -This apartment is on the 17th district far from everything. The apartment is on a residential area. -Taking an Uber is very easy from anywhere in the city. -No dining options within walking distance.
