「1. We were forced to attend a breakfast talk, which required us to bring VISA cards and IDs 2. No VIP access or upgrade 3. Servers cannot speak English fluently」

「This hotel is very underrated and it was amazing! I would stay here everytime I go back to puerto Vallarta.」

「5Frogs is a wonderful place to stay. Great location, clean rooms, comfortable furnishings, and two pools. Only a short walk to a great beach. The staff is fantastic. David the Bullfrog manger ensures you have a great stay. Oscar the bar tender and entertainment director is always a pleasure to visit with. Kim, is a great new addition since my last stay. Housekeeping is always on top of keeping the rooms perfect. I can’t wait to return.」

「Muy buen hotel súper recomendable」

「The front desk staff was rude, and the servers weren't attentive. The food was mediocre and the pool had an awful smell. The property was beautiful but the rooms were small and the AC would only go to 77 degrees.」

「Bien」

「Everything was very clean. Staff very friendly and breakfast had plenty of options. The hotel felt very safe, you even needed to use your room key card to get onto your floor after getting off the elevator. My husband used the gym and said it was nice. Also stores, restaurants and pharmacy very close.」

「Safe and good location, 5 minutes walk to the airport. Facilities are in good condition, room is clean and tidy. Staffs are polite.」
