「A nice, clean place to stay. Only issue was the bed which could do with a new mattress as this was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Everything else, including location was spot on. Would definitely use again if mattress is replaced. 」

「Didn’t smell fresh, Mattress and pillows need protectors,wand needed for blinds to open and close. Attention to detail, ie grout in shower,and kitchen worktop.Place mats for table and small coffee table would be useful for hot drinks.」

「Liked the quirkiness of the cottage. Like the art work around the rooms, liked they left us milk on arrival. Good instructions on how to get there. The road surface was pretty rough and you had to be very careful when parking. Didnt like the lack of lights at night We arrived when it was dark and the outside light wasnt working made it difficult to see the path had to use torch on my phone. 「We couldn’t fault the things available to use-games etc were great and you couldn’t think of an item that wasn’t there. Had lots of ornaments and things around and when travelling with a toddler this was a bit of a pain but with older kids and adults no problem at all. Area was a bit noisy but in a town centre at the weekend this is to be expected and we thought it was great being so close to the town. The free car park 2 mins walk away always had a space available to save trying to park...

「This was a great find for our party of 6 and in an excellent location in Girvan. The accommodation was wonderful with well furnished spacious rooms and the kitchen was well equipped. Lovely area for walking and for golf. The only slight negative were the mattresses which could have been firmer.」
