「good stay」

「After a frustrating day travelling as flight was delayed, we arrived later than planned and were glad to be checked in promptly and booked our table for dinner. Room was so clean and welcoming. Our dinner was delicious and the service was courteous and proffessional, as was breakfast in the morning. Myself and my daughter both agreed that we will stay here again.」

「This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn. Having paid in full through Expedia, was told at reception on booking in that we haven't paid so a credit card was presented and payment taken (again) from that. 「The staff were friendly, helpful & professional. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The restaurant and bar were furnished to a very high standard. I ate dinner on the night of my stay & the service and food were to a very high standard. Breakfast, both selection & quality was also excellent.
