「This place was good and bad. First of all, the person working the front desk was excellent. Very good customer service and he was friendly. The room was just okay. The AC was much needed and awesome. There was no coffee maker. There were three towels and only two wash cloths. They only provided shampoo and a bar of soap. No conditioner or body lotion, which I tend to not bring on short trips any longer. The cleanliness of the room needed much improvement. The bathroom floors were pretty gross...

「ABSOLUTELY will NEVER stay here again. The lady at the front desk, owner/manager has no interpersonal customer service skills. She came across as very rude. Upon checking in there are additional fees that aren't posted online (i.e. check in early fee, even if it's an hour, deposit on top of the payment) when this was brought to her attention she said "it's right here," pointing to 2 pieces of paper that was laid on the desk..how does that paper help if you book online? I asked for an itemized...
