「Hotel itself was great. This is otherwise a 5/5 hotel but the only reason I had to deduct a star was because in the bathroom of my hotel room, the previous guest appeared to have shaved and pieces of hair were left all over the bottom of the sink where the towels are placed. I usually clean my hotel rooms each time I stay somewhere but I just found it to be annoying that it wasn’t attended to sooner. Other than that the hotel is very modern and clean. Located right next to the Legacy Museum...

「The GM did make all of this right by us and I’m only leaving a review bc I rely on reviews when booking places and this one time I did not and it backfired. We were on a mom sons trips and arrived for just 1 night of rest before heading to beach on Monday morning and upon arrival at 1030pm we had to change rooms 3 times. First room the pullout couch bed was broken, second room had mold all over the pull out couch, and third room there were no sheets or blankets for the pullout couch for our kids...

「The bathroom door lock in the room was broken, there were holes burned by smoke on the sheets, the room smelled of smoke, and the service staff had a bad attitude.」

「First says non smoking. Burn mark on my tub, tried to watch TV it had a line across the middle. Tge room was 30 yards from the interstate. Omg put my bed on the side of the road. Not even worth the 65 I paid. Also soap in the shower was off the fall. You had to hold it and try and pump it. Nice people. Place was a one night pick up place. Don’t even try it」

「I will never stay here again. Toilet broken and clogged when we arrived. Flooded when they flushed it. Took them two hours to send maintenance and Clean up. No coffee after breakfast. Had to ask for towels 3 and 4 times each day. Put out a sign morning of July 4 to say there was no cleaning staff. They had the day off. Worst hotel stay of my life.」

「This place was AWESOME! Staff was courteous.... BEWARE, ONLY slots in AL if you are looking to gamble. The food court was not good either. BUT THE ROOMS & STAFF were phenomenal. Tip your Valet EVERY time since parking is free. Ijs」

「Everything was clean, staff was super nice and helpful and they even gave us some ideas of sights to see while we were there. We even enjoyed the nice park located right behind the hotel. It was really beautiful !」

「Only problem we had was we were kept up all night by a weird off and on noise that sounded like an enormous leaf blower. The next morning we found out from staff that our room was close to the laundry shoot. We would have requested to be moved if we had figured out where the strange noise was even coming from. They should not book those rooms without warning the letting people know about the noise issue. On the good side, Mark lost his gold signet ring in the casino that he had worn for 45...
