「Hotel itself was great. This is otherwise a 5/5 hotel but the only reason I had to deduct a star was because in the bathroom of my hotel room, the previous guest appeared to have shaved and pieces of hair were left all over the bottom of the sink where the towels are placed. I usually clean my hotel rooms each time I stay somewhere but I just found it to be annoying that it wasn’t attended to sooner. Other than that the hotel is very modern and clean. Located right next to the Legacy Museum...

「The front desk staff and the restaurant staff, at The House, were wonderful! Our room was clean and had plenty of towels. There was a bit of wait for our key from valet after it was parked out front. However, that minor delay did not dampen the excellent experience we had during our one night stay.」

「Was not told housekeeping services were evry other day and still got no service on the third day evev after requesting. Had to almost beg for clean towels and ran out of soap. 」

「Room wasn't cleaned when I arrived after a very long travel day and switched to another room where the AC WORKED partially. The room was not cleaned very well. This hotel defiantly needs to be remodeled and that carpet needs to be removed it was disgusting. The only thing that was good about the stay was the staff were nice. I will not stay at this property again when I visit Montgomery.」

「First says non smoking. Burn mark on my tub, tried to watch TV it had a line across the middle. Tge room was 30 yards from the interstate. Omg put my bed on the side of the road. Not even worth the 65 I paid. Also soap in the shower was off the fall. You had to hold it and try and pump it. Nice people. Place was a one night pick up place. Don’t even try it」

「I stayed here for five days. Checking in was quick and easy. Room was pretty good, aside from the fact there was no shower curtain in the bathroom.」

「Stay overall was descent. Only saw housekeeping once in 5 days. They need another waffle iron. And put plates at both ends or breakup hot bar. Golden waffle supplies cups for batter. Need to order them. That’s what is holding up the line. Seems like owners are cheap. Get bigger coffee cups. Staff was nice. I can tell they don’t get treated well.」
