「This is my go to hotel for my business trips to Charlotte for years. But after finding out on this trip that there is a "Destination" fee per night, I will need to rethink my future stays . I am saddened by this surprise fee that was never there before in all the years I have stayed at the Westin. 「We stayed at this location several times. It is convenient to several concert venues. Overall the hotel is in good condition, but is starting to show age. You can feel the mattress springs in your back, and the elevators take forever.」
