Kim, the lady at the reception was particularly helpful, she helped me a lot on my trip planning and she is always smiling and polite!! For the sauna and gym, I would suggest it opens longer, 8pm is a bit early to close as ppl may want to use them after dinner, esp gym, would suggest it opens 24/7. 」
