Great stay!

Great stay at Apart Hotel Adelboden. Check in was easy. I loved the electronic keys. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Location couldn’t be better - right in the middle of the main square. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the apartment and the location. Kitchen well stocked with appliances and dishes. Adelboden is wonderful. Easy accessibility to attractions. Only recommendation would be to have a mechanism to ‘lock’ the queen trundle bed in the open position to increase safety. Thank you-hope to come back next year!

The Property is in a good location, it would be very useful if the provide the bus timings. The team in the property are extremely friendly, very good people in general. I would recommend this place as the location to stay. They give you discount coupons for local shopping, they also give cards which you can use to travel in all the gondolas, but make sure you return them else they charge 50 SF per card. Overall best location in Swiss. If you are not that tech savvy then it could be difficult using their app, otherwise everything works with your mobile phone.

I think the downside was, it was warm and a bit noisy at night as it was near the pub and people were dining outside where we could hear the loud chats and laughs. But, I love the ambience and view of the place. I definitely will come back to visit again.

The check-in process was not very straight-forward. I had to email back and forth a few times for each item including wi-fi, parking, etc. also, the room was small. Other than that, the room was very clean and renovated. Nice location m!

Very noisy at night and no air conditioning as it was quite warm at night. Place was very nice and had everything. It would really help to have specific directions to the parking garage.

Beautiful room apartment. Next to everything and it had everything we needed. Had a random group of guys knock on our window at 3am. Probably just drunk and thought it was funny but not for us. Would still stay here again.

Modern, clean good for a family

Well thought out, new place. Apartments small but had everything we wanted (apart from a sofa). Self service easy to manage - until the tech fails, however there were friendly people around to reset. Only downside was the loud late night bar next door - avoid Friday nights!

We loved this property and the town. It was nice to be in the mountains but to have so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The only issue we had was that we didn't receive our check-in email and were concerned that we would get to the hotel and not be able to get into our room since there is no front desk at this hotel. We reached out to Expedia who reached out to the hotel and both acted quickly to ensure that we had everything we needed for a smooth arrival.

It's a really strange hotel, the check in proses is weird, I lost one day because I came at 8pm and no reception was there!! The communication is very bad as well as the staff Never ever happened to me before

Appartement fonctionnel, propre. Mais attention à l’emplacement car la maison est située au-dessus d’un Pub qui ne connaît pas la Polizei-stund… Des clients sont attablés jusqu’à 03.30 devant le Pub, sans respect pour le voisinage, et cela chaque soir avec la météo favorable.

Dejligt ophold med alt hvad hjertet begærer

Dejlig lille lejlighed med altan og med alt, hvad din familie behøver. Lejligheden er placeret på torvet og i stueetagen er der restaurant og is-butik. Derudover ligger lejligheden i den dejligste Alpeby. Eneste minus er, at man skal bruge træk-ud-sengen i køkken/alrum som sofa, og det egner den sig ikke rigtig til. Jeg vil anbefale at leje parkeringsplads i ejendommens kælder. Det er super praktisk og fungerer upåklageligt. Der er ikke gratis parkering i byen.
