「Host was very friendly and helpful. The showers had the best water pressure of all the hotels we’ve stayed at (4 stays) so far on this vacation. The breakfast was also the best. Two thumbs up! 」

「房間很大很乾淨，而且有洞穴的特色。店員的服務很好。他會一早聯絡我，然後教我怎樣到酒店。然後給了我一張地圖告訴我應該怎樣參觀這個小鎮。後來我需要買車票回到Bari，由於火車站在重建，我不知道怎樣買票，店員陪我到車站買了第二天回Bari的票,後來他知道我的行程會去西西里島，他作為西西里島的本地人也告訴我西西里島國旅行景點，我覺得她有非常好的服務態度。」

「We would have liked to use the pool after 6.30pm but respected the rules. Lovely family and the property was very clean. We had a lovely stay」

「Lovely property. You need a car if going to old Matera. Grocery store close by. Pretty grounds and great pool (although like most Italian pools, not heated.) we found easy parking lots near the historic area so it is ok. The photos are deceiving because the spa whirlpool tub is not included - you have to pay 100 euro per couple to use those amenities. That should be made clear in the listing or they shouldn't show the photos. " Cave" hotel room is fun but only a window at door and in bathroom....

「The apartment was very nice, ckean spacious, and accessible to everything. We appreciated the attention to details. Thank you all very much. I'd like to let you know that the out door patio lights were NOT working. Maybe a bulb issue. That provided a security issue for all of your guest, but especially for the elderly ones. Safety first」
