「마테라에 도착했을 때부터 정말 따뜻하게 맞아준 호텔이었습니다. 리셉션에서 친절하게 호텔 내부를 안내해주셨고, 특히 가장 전망이 좋은 곳을 먼저 보여주셨을 때 이미 이 호텔이 마음에 들기 시작했습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 따뜻하며 청결했고, 위치 역시 시내와 주요 관광지까지 금방 걸어갈 수 있어 매우 편리했습니다. 무엇보다 가장 인상적이었던 점은 아침 식사를 야외에서 할 수 있었다는 것입니다. 맛있는 아침을 먹으며 아름다운 마테라의 풍경을 바로 눈앞에서 감상할 수 있다는 것은 정말 큰 행운이었고 잊을 수 없는 경험이었습니다. 마테라에 있는 숙박시설 중 최고의 시설이라고 자신 있게 말할 수 있어요. 그리고 가장 감사했던 부분은, 체크아웃 후 제가 자켓을 호텔에 두고 떠났다는 사실을 밤이 되어서야 알게 되었을 때입니다. 저는 이미 나폴리에 있었기 때문에 다시 가지러 갈 수 없었는데, 호텔 측에서 저 대신 로마의 다음 숙소로 택배 발송을 친절하게 도와주셨습니다. 뿐만 아니라 자켓을...

「少有人第一次到義大利就到過Matera，就是這個念頭，我們風塵僕僕地來到這裏，只因這裏有Sassi文化遺產，還有附近的 Trulli。老實說，Sant' Angelo不好找到，reception的地點有改變過，我們費了好久時間，ㄧ直到現在，我們還是擔心會不會誤闖了ZTL？見到洞穴屋的第一個感覺只有「哇」，很興奮，也很驚奇，甚至馬上跟台灣的好友ㄧ家人FaceTime分享。裡面很乾淨，浴室的水柱也很強，真的要挑剔的是床和棉被都有小小粒的砂子，但這是難免的，洞穴屋不就是這樣嗎。飯店內沒有免費停車，這跟訂房時Hotels.com上寫的不同，代客泊車的費用記得是26歐。請記得提早一小時前order取車，因為動作真的很慢。洞穴屋的本身真的很棒，值得親自體驗。」
