「The Hotel looked excellent - unfortunately we weren't able to stay there - why? Because the hotel was closed for refurbishment - and EXPEDIA failed to notify us prior to travelling - and also EXPEDIA refused to share our phone number with the hotel so they were unable to inform us in advance of our arrival - fortunately the hotel staff were able to assist us in gettinga ccomodation nearby. 「Stayed one night and had a pleasant stay. Room was clean, bed was perfect and slept like a log. Didn’t use any facilities so can’t comment but was good value for money. Corridors do creak but didn’t bother us.」

The tv was on and someone was talking loudly on their phone - I needed an early night as I wasn’t feeling well. That didn’t happen.
