「Breakfast is terrible. The eggs were chewy, the bun was crusty and stuck to the bottom of the whatever it was in, no breakfast sausage, warm orange juice, plain cereal, no bagels, maybe if you want bread for breakfast this is the place for you. The butter is rock solid and the microwave will lock your food away. The waffle maker fell apart. The renovations they are currently undergoing resemble the landlord special. I will say though, that water pressure was bomb, the tub couldn’t drain fast...

「The hotel room was clean and comfortable. In room coffee was provided but only one decaffeinated and one caffeinated was provided for 2 of us so got a couple more from the front desk but should have had enough so I didn’t have to go get more. There was one chair in the room to sit on but with 2 people there should be 2 as there was plenty of room for them. We ate dinner and had breakfast at Guy Fieros. Very good food and service. 「We chose this location because of its proximity to the Blackstone Neighborhood and its pool. The rooms were clean, though our garbage was not emptied once in the 4 days that we were there. The biggest issue that we had with this property was one of the front desk workers. It got to the point where we would think of alternate routes to avoid walking by the desk. She would admonish our children for walking back from the pool, talking at normal volumes, and even went so far as to use profanity...
