「Due to a flight and a long drive from ORD, I arrived at the Carmel ESA around 3:40 AM. There was a phone at the door, so I picked it up and dialed 1 for check-in service. It was a pleasant experience—the ESA service lady came out and opened the door to assist with my check-in. Thank you, ESA!」

「We had multiple issues with our keys. One day they worked the next they didn't. The AC never worked. We asked a few times to have it looked at and nothing The bar and kitchen were closed for 4 days which did not make very good business sense as it was probably the busiest week of the year. The first night I asked how noisy the highway right outside our window was and the person at the front desk did not know Overall it was a disappointment」

「The noise on shadeland was too loud. It was kids week there. Kids were playing in the hallway at 3am this morning. Had to call security. They took care of it. The beds are not comfortable. My back and sides have hurt for 3 days.」
