「The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. The room and ensuite bathroom were spotless and spacious. The food was excellent. I will be back to stay again - Ludlow is a lovely town. 」

「Beautiful hotel even looking through storm Claudia! The food was first class in the restaurant with some of the best chicken I've tasted. The room was lovely and little touches like light coming on when you opened the cupboard & a night light in the bathroom added to the stay. Bed was soft and comfortable. Very pleasant stay with lovely staff and if we ever go up that was again, definitely high on our list to stay: just hope the weather is better :-)」

「Nice welcome, shown to our room which was spotless and nice and warm, the bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom, soft towels and plenty of hot water.
Nice evening meal in the restaurant,good selection on the menu.
Breakfast menu was good, and well prepared.
Nice and friendly staff..we would definitely stay again. 」

「Had a lovely one night stay in cottage 3. Room was clean and quite with lovely views.
Only thing missing was a curtain/blind for the small bathroom window but other than that perfect.
Will definitely stay again.」
