「The river view right outside the hotel is wonderful. However, the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great, and it can get quite noisy at night. Overall, it was a decent stay.」

「Let me start by saying that we ate at the restaurant twice and the food and service were excellent. The problems were with the room. It was dusty and the shower was partially broken. We left at 10:30 and returned at about 7 to find that someone had hung a do not disturb sign on the handle of our door. Thought at first we must have left it by mistake but when we went inside our identical sign was hanging on the inside of the door. Room was untouched. Reported to front desk and they said they...

「Classical, traditional and old fashion style. The location is great and service is awesome. The hotel offer one bottle of water, then you can refill water for needs. They also give a free drink as a gift that makes customer feel so sweet. The room space is good for 2 people, and there are some pineapple decorations looks so cute. Although some devices are old but everything is great in here. Definitely a good place when visit Chicago next time.」
