Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites Salt Lake City

Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites Salt Lake City

8/10 Good
"The hotel was clean and quiet, and overall I had a pleasant stay. The only issue with the room was that the mini fridge was not very cold. There were some homeless individuals outside on the sidewalk along the side of the hotel that borders the street. While this is outside of the hotel staff’s control, I did feel reassured that the actual hotel grounds had security, and I felt that my car was safe. One concern I did have was with the front entrance being locked after a certain hour. I was not aware of how to enter after hours. I initially looked for a place to swipe my hotel badge, but the entrance uses an intercom system. When I pressed the button for assistance, the gentleman at the front desk appeared upset and made a hand gesture that I felt was rude and unprofessional. I have stayed at this hotel several times before and have never experienced an issue like this, so it was disappointing. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was really good, with a nice variety of both hot and cold items. Overall, the hotel was clean, quiet, and secure, and I would consider staying here again."
