Clean and spacious room. The desk clerk asked if we'd prefer a quieter room at the back of the hotel and we accepted; it was very nice. All staff were very pleasant. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Good steak house right next door if you don't feel like driving!

My family’s overall stay was okay. The first room we were in had ants and our options were to have maintenance come in and spray or be moved to another room. We have children so we opted for another room because we didn’t want the chemicals from the sprays to be inhaled. The second room had a leaky faucet in one of the sinks but it was better than the room with the ants. We were also sad that the pool was out of service during our stay but we just had to deal with it. Staff was accommodating 😊

We stayed on the 3rd floor for 2 nights. Room was spacious but the bathroom was very small. Sink was outside the bathroom, which theoretically looks ok but practically not a good idea as it was right in front of the bed. Toilet was installed in such a way that one couldn’t avoid touching it when entering the bathroom. The breakfast area was small and very crowded with not enough staff available at that busy time. Even tough smoking was strictly prohibited; you could smell that someone was smoking something with very strong, nasty smell. The hotel establishment certainly needs to assign more staff and focus on the customer service during busy hours.
