「There is no hot water, no Wi-Fi, and early check-in is not possible. You must check in at 3 o'clock.」

「The room didn't have toilet paper when I got into the room. I went to the office and tried to contact the attendant who had stepped away. Ringing the doorbell and calling the phone number didn't avail in contacting the attendant. She finally showed up after 15 to 20 minutes. The room was okay and the tv turned on but there was no network connection so I couldn't watch anything.」

「It was exactly like the pictures. SOOOOO much room in the suite (two queen beds and a couch). Loved that we had a full fridge, microwave, and toaster in the room. Pool was very clean and they were even growing pineapples in the pool area! Breakfast was well stocked and the staff was very kind. Will stay here again.」

「Really good hotel for the area. Price was good and room was neat and clean. We had an issue with our room keys not working after the first day of our two day stay, but the front desk staff corrected the problem right away. We had a seperate bedroom from the living space. Only complaint was that there was only one AC unit in the living space, but not in the bedroom. There was a fan built into the wall to help circulate the air, but this didn't really do much even on high. Other than that no...
