The environment is great, it’s safe and quiet with beautiful view. The hotel upgraded my room which provided with coffee machine. The location is convenient, just 10 min to the city centre. The only shortcoming is no fridge provided.

Reception lacked the personal touch with self check in. Hotel staff were friendly. Rooms fit for purpose, although we had to ask for another towel as there was only one, and more tea and milk. There was also a greasy hand print on the wall and dirty finger marks on the cutains ! We were woken at 6am each morning to office doors banging. Not peaceful at all. Treatment in the spa was devine, however the spa didnt have a relaxing feel. Restuarant food was AMAZING, bar was relaxing when not in private use by conference guests. Surrounding area and attractions was poor to disapointing. You need to drive everywhere. We only stayed for 2 nights and this in all honesty was long enough. Had it not been for the amazing food in the restaurant we would probably have left early.

"Really nice hotel, enjoyed it. Super easy check in, even though I was an hour early, it wasn’t an issue. Clean, nice pool , drinks and food. Ideal for the money. Only slightly negative was the bathroom was slightly outdated but that aside it was very clean."
