「We really liked everything about the Ollerod. Two thirds of our breakfasts were provided by Julie, who was so nice. We enjoyed chatting with her about the local area. The food was good and set us up for our busy days. We met Kim in housekeeping one day when we stopped by midafternoon. Our room was always spotless and looked as if we had only just arrived. The staff at the front desk were helpful and accommodating. One gentleman even arranged to have housekeeping launder a few shirts for...

The main problems are there is no member of staff on site at the hotel and they don't answer a phone when you call reception. Plus parking is very difficult. You have to sign in on a computer, which works fine but then as soon as you have a question, there is nobody to help - you have to work it out yourself - for instance where is the wifi code - it's nowhere to be found i the room, so you have to go back down...

Crewkerne
