「The staff were professional and friendly and were more than willing to work through language barriers. The facility itself isn't terrible but could use some improvements such as showers not being fully enclosed and water getting everywhere and creating rust on door frame. There is a grocery store around the corner from the hotel's front door which is more than convenient and the entrance to the train system is a couple of blocks away. All in all I would stay in their hotel again. 」

Quiet in rooms but got a bit hot and couldn’t figure out how to regulate the heating so just opened doors onto the balcony which helped but opening them meant lots of noise from street traffic. Generally was clean and very cosy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location absolutely great for getting into Paris by metro. I’d recommend. 」

「Unfortunately I visited Paris under extremely hot weather, the room I had was very hot even if at night. Only 1 fan provided for ventilation. I had to open window for lowering down room temperature. However many kinds of insects came to visit us including mosquitoes, spiders ladybugs etc. The facilities were a bit old but still acceptable. The wifi was unable that required frequently login. The only thing I appreciated was friendly staff. 」

「公寓原來是有冷氣的, 但在入住的第一時間, 他們飯店人員就知道我的房內的冷氣控制面板是壞掉的, 所以我無法打開/關閉/調整溫度, 也承諾會找技工來修理, 結果我等了兩天, 也問過櫃台兩次, 何時會來修理, 但都沒有任何人來查看過, 我當初是訂了七個晚上, 直到第三天我受不了, 才問他們是否能提供電風扇給我使用 (夏天沒有空調冷氣是很可怕的), 他們才給我一架電風扇, 直到我退房, 都沒有任何人來查看過; 另外因為這是公寓, 所以若在住宿期間要求他們清理垃圾/換毛巾...等房務, 是要額外付費的, 要特別注意．」

「酒店位置，私隱度，前臺接待和房內設備都令我滿意。特別是前臺有兩位女性接待員均有笑容，對於我的問題，提供了有用詳細的資料。wifi和空調都足夠。可進步的空間：應該係可以提供每四，五天的免費房間清潔（皆因我住七個晚上，沒有清潔，雖然情況仍可接受）。」
