Zenao Aparthotel is an unusual arrangement - the units for rent are inside a senior-living facility. They are very basic in terms of amenities and there is limited staff support/availability, If you value having extra space and the ability to do some limited cooking but need to watch your budget, Zenao can be a good solution. The facility is clean and conveniently located to stores, restaurants, etc. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Best to go in with your eyes open to the limitations: No 24-hour front desk. The concierge is only available from 0800 - 2000, and there is no published emergency contact number that I could find. If you run into a problem in the night-time, you are on your own. Limited staff means that apartments may not be available at the standard time. The kitchen utensils are quite limited. It may be possible to request additional items from the front desk. If you want to do any real cooking, plan to bring a few essentials like sharp knives and a cutting board. Some other things that you would expect in a more typical aparthotel aren't there - no draperies for the windows and almost no hangers in the closets.
