「My family and I stayed the weekend, October 2-4. The morning of Saturday the 3rd, the fire alarm went off and the whole building had to be evacuated. I had to get my 3 young children and our dog out from the top floor. This was very stressful because my children are very young. We had to stand in the rain for almost one hour thinking we were going to lose all of our possessions. This was very stressful for my children. I would like to be recompensated for this.」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「Our first room had no AC, Rey the desk manager assigned to another room. That room the TV would not work (no signal), she walked us to another room and couldn't get that AC to work, finally the 4th had both. We then found that the pool was closed permanently.....so this hotel I can't recommend to families. Then the workout room was closed.... honestly if weren't so tired from driving - we would have left.」
