「Disappointing stay – Not suitable for families of four We chose this hotel for its location near the Shakira concert. We booked and paid for two nights for four people, but the sofa bed was not prepared on arrival. Staff told us to make it ourselves, yet the drawer contained only one pillow and two sheets, with no duvet. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and unsuitable for sleeping. For the price paid, we expected basic comfort for our children. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below...

「Place is clean and they clean the common area every time someone checks out, which given the nature of this listing (private rooms in shared apartment) can be daily / every two days. Very convenient location with great public transport connections, restaurants around and supermarket literally next door. Great for few days. The main entrance of a building can sometimes be jammed and you need to wrestle with it to get it open. The key simply won’t turn until you hit some sweet spot or...

「I had an incedent where I felt I was in danger because another tenant that was there during my stay was up all night and in the morning he left the front door completly open. I called the contact number I had and no one would call me back until some text me and then met me at the property and all she could say is that some people are careless to leave the front to ulocked and wide open plus they made a mess in the room they left and I felt that they would just let anyone stay which creates...

「Arrived for a 5 day stay and was extremely satisfied with the accomodations. The apartment was very cozy and comfortable with ac. I also loved the location, as it was very close to shopping and the metro. The host had great communication with us throughout the stay. 「Clean room with air conditioning, shared kitchen and bathroom are also clean. That's pretty much all the advantages of this place. There is a long list of disadvantages, if you choose to stay. 1) The owner doesn't speak English. Communication is strictly Spanish only. 2) Location is not exactly convenient. It is 10 minutes walking distance away from nearby bus stops, which means you can't take advantage of the excellent public transportation system in Madrid. Walking to major attractions need...

「This is a great property if you are spending more than 3 days in Madrid. Yes it is a few km out and you have to get a train (costs just over £1) but it’s easy and trains every 10 mins. For us the outdoor area is what we were looking for and you don’t get that in the centre. This was handy at the height of summer and we could sit out in the morning, go out about 12 and spend until 10 exploring, then come back and sit out and have a drink. Apartment has a shop on the corner of block which sells...
