「I love the English Inn but did not notice the small sign indicating that the room would only be serviced unless requested. As a result no clean towels and unmade bed. Staff very friendly and courteous. Will definitely recommend just be aware of hotel policy.」

「Lovely area, great staff, absolutely walkable with wonderful restaurants nearby. Stayed at the Omni overnight on a trip back from the Outer Banks to Cols OH - half way point of a 12 hour drive. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely and clean. I always appreciate a comfortable bed! Will def stay again 」

「Nice clean place with friendly staff, spacious rooms with the usual amenities. Breakfast selections were good quality with reasonable variety available. Sometimes things ran out and we to ask that it be refilled. We stayed here nearly a week with 3 rooms for our family. The large lounge was a pleasant place to gather with choices of seating and adequate space to have semi-private conversations. 「Reasonable stay. Disturbed by the builders working with reversing machinery early in the morning. Fridge noisy too but we realised it could be switched off. Pool was nice but quite small. 」
