"This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The first night the A/C had a swooshing sound, I called the front desk to report it, the front desk offered to switch me to new room immediately. I was too tired to move, my arrival was very late. The next morning the maintenance man and GM were on it immediately. The maintenance man helped me move across the hall to a new room. Two days later, I accidently dropped my necklace between the dresser and the wall. I was unable to retrieve it. The maintenance man was able to get it out immediately. I highly recommend this hotel!"
