「Everything was wonderful EXCEPT no air conditioning so the whole hotel felt like a sauna (we were there during a heat wave in May) and they didn’t do table service for dinner so we had to order our food and drinks from the bar, which isn’t the end of the world but knocks a star off the rating. Room was super cute, well decorated, the bathroom was really nice, loved the shower and it was very clean. 「Fantastic stay between Bath & Stonehenge. Surrounding towns provide tonnes of history, monuments and pleasant hills. Great carpark and good showers. It was an unusual hot night and the room had a fan!!! Great staff, I recommend.」

「Paid just under £200 for 2 nights accommodation. The room was of poor standard and not very well cleaned or maintained. Stains on the carpet, the tiles in the bathroom are cracked so made it unsafe to walk bare foot. The shower wasnt very warm and the spray went everywhere but me. The sink had a hole and cracks in it.」
