「Our stay was three days, the staff were friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. 「Clean and pleasant with excellent staff. The room with the river view is slightly pricey. Amenities are minimal for a hotel at this price point. The hotel could not provide me toothpaste and there is no kettle in the room. It is somewhat inconvenient to go to the reception to have hot water prepared for you by the staff at the front desk. I like however the fruit bowl they have in the lobby.」
