「Erstklassiges Haus, gut geschulte Mitarbeiter, beeindruckendes Saunalandschaft, stillvolle Zimmereinrichtung mit ganz vielen Annehmlichkeiten, sodass an nichts gefehlt hat. Einziges Manko ist das schwache Internet (Junior Suite 120). Das Frühstück ist in jeder Hinsicht vorbildlich, die Frische-Abteilung hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Die Service-Mitarbeiter im Restaurant machen einen guten Job. Ich träume, wieder einen Wellness-Urlaub hier zu machen. 」

「Clean and pleasant with excellent staff. The room with the river view is slightly pricey. Amenities are minimal for a hotel at this price point. The hotel could not provide me toothpaste and there is no kettle in the room. It is somewhat inconvenient to go to the reception to have hot water prepared for you by the staff at the front desk. I like however the fruit bowl they have in the lobby.」

「Very cute little hotel, spacious rooms, lovely decor, and friendly staff. Only two downsides, one, our fridge didn't work and two, the restaurant in the hotel is so popular that it makes parking in the evenings a bit difficult.」

「Our stay was three days, the staff were friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. 「Nice hotel with nice food and service. While we are worry about our dinner at the black forrest area, the hotel resturant gave us a surprice that their dinner and breakfast is delicious and healthy. We enjoy it very much. Price is worth for the room stay and it is good to have free parking for driver too. Overall is good, only the room wifi is unstable and keep on disconnect about 3 to 4 times at night..」

「Der Service und die Lage sind hervorragend. War zum wiederholten Male da und werde wieder einkehren. Ein kleiner Abzug bzgl der lauten Lüftung im Badezimmer. Es mag auch Zimmerbedingt sein. Das war uns beim Aufenthalt im Zimmer etwas negativ aufgefallen. Ist aber nur ein marginaler Abzug 」
