Super friendly helpful staff , they really are a credit to the hotel . Modern, Clean comfortable rooms , nice food in the restaurant at a reasonable price, excellent breakfast, parking can be a bit tight for a larger vehicle in busy times , but again staff super helpful in finding a solution. Stay here regularly and have recommend to colleagues

The hotel was just fine, kept clean and up to date. There was a good fitness area too. The room was large, with a security safe. The staff were excellent: friendly, professional, helpful. The parking is free and accommodates about 40 cars. The only downside to the hotel is that it's in a dull area on the edge of Herrenberg - though only 10 mins walk into town.

We recently stayed at Hotel H and were underwhelmed by the experience. The hotel's location in an industrial area means there's nothing within walking distance and it got really noisy in the morning. Unfortunately, the staff didn't do much to make us feel welcome. Interactions were brief and lacked warmth, with barely a hello or acknowledgement. Housekeeping was also a letdown. While the room was superficially clean, we noticed that they had missed several items on the floor, leaving us to wonder how thorough the cleaning really was. The rooms themselves are functional, but that's about it. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the windows didn't provide much insulation, making the room chilly at night. Overall, our stay was disappointing, and we wouldn't recommend Hotel H to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

What a trip!

So I chose this hotel in herrenberg due to the fact that it had A/C. When I got there I was informed that the A/C was an extra charge!!! I automatically assumed it was provided since the way it’s described on hotels.com made it seem this way. So I upgraded for an extra $20 a day. I don’t know who’s to blame here, the hotel or hotels.com The beds we very uncomfortable and very hot! I was sweating constantly. The comforter was tiny like you can’t really move around because it won’t cover you. The double bed room means the there is two beds but they’re about 2 inches apart from each other. I’m American and maybe this is all normal for Germany, but Hotels.com did a very poor job in explaining this to me in their advertising. Because of all this, I would NOT recommend this hotel or Hotels.com to anyone.
