The hotel has seen better days

The rooms are a bit run down with bathroom facilities and lighting that are still in the 70s. The hotel says has a wellness center with pool, but this is an overstatement. The pool is maybe 10 mt long, the sauna is ok, the changing room is something between a storage room and a doctor's. the restaurant is ok, but nothing special with the waiting staff that could be more friendly

Die Unterkunft macht auf den ersten Blick einen super Eindruck. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Essen ist super und die Einrichtung ist schön. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings waren die Betten sehr durchgelegen ( Rückenschmerzen) und der Balkon müsste auch mal renoviert werden. Der Wellnessbereich war schön, allerdings für die Anzahl an Menschen viel zu klein. Die Sauna war ständig belegt und zu Ruhe ist man auch nicht wirklich gekommen Fazit: Das Hotel hat Potenzial, wenn an der ein oder anderen Stelle nach gebessert wird

Gutes Hotel mit schwacher Gastronomie

Das Hotel und mein Zimmer war gut. Ebenso das Frühstück. Abends wollte ich im Restaurand essen gehen. Dort gab es nur eine superkleine Karte mit hauptsächlich kalten Gerichten. Alterantiv wurde ein Grillbuffet angeboten. Als ich das gegen 19 Uhr in Anspruch genommen habe, waren viele der Gerichte vollkommen übergart und dadurch trocken und Zäh. Leiderr gar nicht gut. Das Frühstück war dagegen sehr gut in Qualität und Auswahl.

Sehr abgenutzte Zimmer, Hotel unübersichtlich, Schwimmbad nicht einladend. Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption wollte mir beim Checkout viel zu hohen Zimmerpreis noch einmal abkassieren, obwohl ich bereits über Expedia bezahlt hatte. Ihre Kollegin deckte dann nach unzähligen Diskussionen ihren Irrtum auf. Aber kein Wort der Entschuldigung.

Nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück, Zimmer enttäuschend Unser Zimmer entsprach nicht dem Bild und der Erwartung- sehr klein - kaum Platz , eher enttäuschend. Wellnessbereich in einem Haus zu schlechte Luft, wenig Liegen, dunkel und zu kleine Saunen für die Anzahl der Hotelgäste. Andere Sauna schön hell , jedoch kein Dampfbad dort. Dusche im Schwimmbad nicht funktionstüchtig, Eine Dusche für alle im Saunabereich . Toll ist der kostenlose Kaffee und Tee 24 Stunden. Frühstück sehr hochwertig z.B. Säfte und Lachs, Schinken

Questo Hotel sembra un “quartiere” dato che si estende su più strutture e in più vie. Struttura centrale ampia e labirintica, anche se unisce edifici e stanze vecchie con altre nuove o rinnovate. Nella struttura centrale c’è solo zona fitness e un box sauna. Nelle altre due strutture ci sono spa e piscine al coperto. Dall struttura centrale si devono raggiungere attraversando o percorrendo un tratto di strada. Le piscine non sono grandi e non sono controllate. Anche le zone spa non sono controllate. Nella struttura principale ci sono varie zone chill e un bel terrazzo panoramico. La camera spaziosa, ma un po’ troppo cara per quel che è, considerando anche che dal bagno risaliva l’odore della fogna: non proprio il massimo del relax. Colazione a buffet carente: più di una volta mancavano le marmellate o le creme spalmabili; tanta offerta salata, pochissima scelta dolce: alcune mattine c’erano i cornetti, alcune mattine i krapfen. Mai entrambi, o altre torte. Zona ottima per raggiungere varie zone della Foresta Nera. La cena a buffet un po’ cara, bevande escluse (acqua 1 litro carissima).

Das hotelzimmer war das bisher schlechteste was ich im Urlaub erlebt habe. Die Dusche war voller Schimmel und die Brause hat permanent gelaufen man konnte sie nur nicht einmal richtig einstellen von der wärmeregulation. Die Zimmer wurden nicht richtig sauber gemacht tageweise nicht obwohl gefragt wurde und es war sehr hellhörig. Insgesamt zufriedenstellen bis schlecht. Kein Hotel zum empfehlen.
