「We loved the wearable room keys (wristband) and also the setup for shoes before going into the sand with the foot shower readily available before walking to the room. They had a runner leading out to the beach which also was great for keeping the sand down. Grounds were nicely maintained as was the pool. Lovely southern hospitality at its best!」

「The only problem we had was not receiving an email with how to check in and out and we did not have any door codes to enter the building. We had to call to get the information and it was very time consuming. The staff was friendly and did all they could to help us but I was not pleased with the everything we had to go through to get into our room. 」

「The resort was great but the day we checked in our VISA card was hacked. VISA canceled our card immediately and the first fraudulent charge was in Orange Beach. Just wanted to let you know.」

「We had such a perfect week at the Hampton inn in orange beach- Staff so nice and helpful. Breakfast great - great location- near wonderful restaurants. Very clean- when we needed anything they help us. 」

Mixed feelings about the property; in hindsight, it was more expensive to be right on the beach and the rooms felt small and cramped. But the beds were comfortable and the omelets in the morning were a nice touch. 」

「Wi-fi never worked. Areas of disrepair noted in bathroom above shower and outlet hanging half out of wall by bunk beds. 」

「The Hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The beds are too soft and made my back hurt. The last night of my stay there was a loud noise coming from the boiler room across the hall. Everything else was great!」
