「We stayed 6 nights, we asked to clean room they did not. Then stopped at front desk ant 4th night and asked again to clean room then said we are cleaning after 3rd night. So they cleaned 5th day of our stay. First time saw that terrible cleaning service. Every day towels were replaced but toilet paper and soap was not replaced. We went down and asked toilet paper. Unprofessional.」
