「The hotel was new and clean. Only real problem was the location. There are a lot of homeless people around. Otherwise close to byward market and parliament 」

「it was a lovely hotel... everything was perfect till the AC was broken on the hottest day of the year. I know the owner try their best to fix it but still....I couldn't sleep in those days... and I was really disappoint that there was no any compensation on this accident....」

「We have an absolutely outstanding stay. Our flight got in early and they were able to accommodate an early check in which they didn’t have to. Great location right in the centre of the Byward market Area, with lots of great restaurants and opportunities to explore. Very close walking distance to Parliament as well as other great local attractions and museums. Excellent pool and fitness Center as well for us to use」

「Room was amazing and clean, staff was very attentive as well as super friendly and always willing to help anytime, absolutely LOVED our gold level lounge too! Super yummy breakfast, amazing spread including smoked salmon and we loved the finger foods they had in the evening as well as the desserts after that!! Such an amazing experience overall, super happy we chose to book this for our 20th Anniversary!!」

「The room is comfortable and clean. However, only disposable tableware is used for breakfast, which is not eco-friendly. The location is easy to access and in a walkable distance to Byward Market. The only drawback is there are a lot of homeless on the street but they didn’t appear to be threatening. 」
