"Entry and wait staff were beyond excellent!"

"Good hotel but poor amenities. No pool, no vending. And poor security. My door lock requires my card to be repogrammed every few hours and the desk never asked for ID or to verify my room. They just programmed it for whatever room I told them. Would be very easy for someone to get staff to give them a key to another person's room. "

"Generally a good option, especially location. There are details that could be better… they need to replace hairdryers. I went through 2 that quit working after 2 mins. I ordered room service for breakfast and it arrived in disposable containers (tho I certainly paid for a finer dining service). Even in the dining room the coffee comes in paper cups. These cheapen the experience and just seem like stupid choices for an otherwise good hotel."

"Worth the stay just for the pool, jacuzzi and sauna alone. Beautiful grounds and great front desk staff. Cielo always a sweetheart."

"Certainly over rated on app. This is a tired-looking hotel from check-in area to rooms. Got a little catfished by the website pics, they certainly don’t show anything close to what we received. I would go elsewhere in the future."

"I have stayed here many times and usually have an excellent experience. However, this time it was not so great. The plumbing needs some work. Our toilet did not work and I assume because we didn’t get to the hotel until almost 11 PM but we didn’t staff wasn’t working. Therefore someone did not show up to the room until 12:30 AM. Housekeeping, or somebody should check to make sure the toilets are flushing when they review the room. Apparently that did not happen. I also saw some hairs on the lampshade in the bedroom. I had a suite. The bathroom was really small in the suite. I would likely not due a suite again. We were awoken at 7 AM on Saturday either due to construction or just loud noise. We faced the alley, which was not a nice view at all. You would think they would give me some sort of preference or about around after how many nights I’ve stayed there this year.! "

"Clean property and rooms. Great staff. Downfall is parking. Super expensive even if you're stayimg with them. So that's no good. Your best bet will be to do Uber while staying here. Other then the parking they stay was great and the amenities. Also no free breakfast. "
