「This property was exactly as listed and communication was wonderful. Like many places in Europe, there is no AC so our 3rd floor studio was hot during the recent heatwave. We kept things closed up during the day and then opened windows at night. The building is conveniently located next to Coop City which had a grocery store in it that was very helpful for acquiring breakfast and lunch items. 「No Ac I didn’t read all listing but for s motel which it is . It isn’t a hotel AC should be available. We had to sleeps both windows open with one that did open at the top, Meaning we had to sleeps both windows as it was very hot with a window all open. Anyone could have come in the room not very safe for my children and I.」

「The property is really ok but nothing more. It is 10 min drive to Annecy but I think I was expecting a bit more based on the informations on Expedia. Would I go there again not sure but ok value for money.」
